The motor oil helps support the functionality of your engine with in several facets, from helping provide lubrication to minimizing wear and friction between moving parts. Furthermore, it meets Dexos1 specifications resulting in high resistance to oxidation, excellent low-temperature flow and pumpability during early-morning cold start-ups, and excellent protection against formation of sludge and other harmful deposits. It is formulated to dexos1 Gen 2 engine oil specification, which is the General Motors' OEM engine oil specification.
