All Hitachi power steering pumps come brand new with the needed gaskets and pulleys to help expedite installation times. Built with an aluminum housing for reduced weight and increased thermal efficiency, the internal components are made of high-strength steel alloy for greater durability and increased longevity. The housing and internal components are precision machined to increase pump efficiency and deter pressure loss while also decreasing Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) characteristics for a smoother, more reliable pump versus other products.
