You won't have to worry about that anymore if you install one of these Ford Racing safety loops. They bolt to the bottom of your car just behind your transmission. When a U-joint breaks, the driveshaft is held inside of the loop, saving the underside of your car and protecting bystanders from the dangers of a loose driveshaft.
