Description

Monroe Reflex 71138 Suspension Strut

Monroe Reflex struts feature ASD valving technology that automatically adjusts to absorb the impact, leaving the strut with greater control when it is needed. Monroe Reflex struts improve overall ride characteristics in all road conditions.

Features

  • IMPROVES STABILITY -- ASD (Acceleration Sensitive Damping) valving technology adjusts to impacts, reducing roll and dive for vehicles with a higher center of gravity
  • EXCEPTIONAL HANDLING -- Rod displaced valving, tuned specifically to each vehicle, adjusts to road extremes to provide consistency and a smooth ride (on most applications)
  • CONTROL AND DURABILITY -- Fluon-banded piston provides consistent sealing between piston and pressure tube for better control and increased durability
  • IMPROVES PERFORMANCE -- Nitrogen gas charge maintains tire-to-road contact for improved ride and handling by reducing aeration
  • CONSISTENT RIDE -- OE all-weather fluid contains special additives to assist with extreme temperatures and help reduce oil breakdown
  • OPTIONAL DUST BOOT/JOUNCE BUMPER -- Protective dust boot reduces dirt and moisture, while jounce bumper helps prevent severe suspension movement (both sold separately)
  • LONGER SERVICE LIFE -- Bronze reinforced rod guide bearing and special single lip seal combined with hardened, chrome-plated piston rod provides durability and longer service life
  • BUY WITH CONFIDENCE -- Comes with Monroe's Limited Lifetime Warranty and exclusive Feel the Difference Guarantee
