Returns Policy

PartsHawk stands behind every item we sell. Occasionally, there may be an issue with your item or your order and we will do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We offer a 60 day exchange or refund policy on all orders. Within 60 days or receipt of your order you may request a return for either an exchange or a refund. All product returns must be in the original packaging, have not been used, installed or damaged due to improper installation. All parts, hardware, documents and instructions must be included in the returns. PartsHawk will also support the manufacture's warranty for all item during the warranty period offered by the manufacturer.

Note: We do not accept returns for Car Computers, Performance tuners or Vehicle Programmers. If the product is defective we will exchange the unit for the exact item. No new returns on these products.

Buyer’s Remorse
Purchased the wrong item? Decided you wanted something else? Don’t worry, PartsHawk wants you to be 100% satisfied. Send us an email support@partshawk.com within 60 days of receipt and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to send it back. PartsHawk will refund you for 100% of the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. You will also be responsible for the return shipping. All returns should be send back to PartsHawk via a trackable method. Any expedited shipping or insurance would be decision of the customer. All product returns must be in the original packaging, include PartsHawk’s RMA form, has not been used, installed or damaged due to improper installation. All parts, hardware, documents and instructions must be included in the returns.

Did we mess up? Is your item wrong or damaged?
PartsHawk works really hard to earn your business by offering the largest selection and crazy fast shipping. Sometimes things go wrong, if we ship an incorrect item or the item you receive is damaged or incomplete we will do everything we can to get you the right part in your hands as quickly as possible. Send us an email within 48 hours of receipt so we can document your issue and help to resolve it. In most cases we will issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) that will be used for your return. PartsHawk will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back. We offer two different types of exchanges. Option one; Advanced replacement, get the correct item right away. In order to process this type of exchange, we will process the return and a new order. In order to ship out the correct item we will need to charge you initially and issue the credit once we have received your returned item. Option two; Replacement, in this method we will ship out the replacement item once we have received (and inspected) the returned item. This method will not result in an additional charge to you. All product returns must be in the original packaging, include PartsHawk’s RMA form, has not been used, installed or damaged due to improper installation. All parts, hardware, documents and instructions must be included in the returns.
