Manufactured using mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing and port-matched, CNC-machined, 3/8 in.-thick head flanges. They are designed for the best combination of ease of installation, fit and maximum performance gain for your vehicle. PaceSetter Performance Headers come with gaskets, hardware and installation instructions and are backed by a three year warranty. Refer to the warranty elsewhere in this catalog. PaceSetter Performance Headers are available in raw steel or optional ARMOR*Coat, a polished, 2000 F metallic ceramic coating. Raw steel headers are delivered with a black coating applied at the factory for pre-installation protection only. It burns off on first use. ARMOR*Coat wont discolor like paint, chrome or even stainless steel, reduces underhood temperatures, helps the header resist rust and corrosion and is easy to keep clean. The coating itself is guaranteed not to chip, peel or flake for three years.
