Shipping and Delivery
What if my order shows shipped but the package is not moving?
At times there is a delay in the carrier’s tracking for updates. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update.
What if the tracking number is not working after 24 hours?
Depending on the size of your item, it could be shipped with a truck carrier and will require you to be present at time of delivery.
Do I have to be there to sign for my package?
If your order is over $250 there is a possibility it was shipped with a signature required option.
What if I am not available when the carrier tries to deliver?
If there is no response when the package arrives, the driver may leave the package nearest to the street or make a second delivery attempt on the next business day.
Does PartsHawk have a retail store?
We currently don't have a retail location, but we offer Crazy Fast Shipping so you don't have to leave your home.
How long will delivery take?
Most items are delivered in only a few days. Standard ground shipments are 2-4 days. If you are ordering a larger item it may ship via truck. These shipments typically take longer than a standard ground shipment. In some cases these will be delivered in 7-10 days.  
How will my order be shipped?
99% of our orders are shipped in small parcels by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you are ordering a larger item it may be shipped by truck and a delivery appointment will be needed to schedule your delivery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the lower 48 states at this time. We do however have many overseas customers that choose to ship to a local freight forwarding company in the United States.
What if I only got part of my order?
If you only received a part of your order it’s possible there were mutliple shipments. Please check your email to see if there are other ship notifications from us. If you can’t locate any additional tracking numbers please feel free to reach out by chat on our website or email us help@partshawk.com.
How do I return my order?
Returning an item is easy. Please log back into your account and navigate to the order history page. From that page, you can request a return. If you checked out as a guest, don’t worry. Just send our customer service team an email help@partshawk.com and they will be happy to assist you.
