Remanufactured at our TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certified facility, where we inspect, tear down and validate, clean, reassemble, and test each part to ensure quality. When necessary, pump housing is replaced with new, SMP-engineered housing, which features a threaded plug to ensure proper sealing and to eliminate OE design problem that causes housing leaks and part failure. Rigorously cleaned during multi-step process before reassembly to remove all oil and debris. All component parts are pre-qualified for reclamation or replacement during disassembly to maximize performance. Dynamically tested on custom hydraulic test bench for ultimate reliability. Comes complete with gasket kit for ease of installation.
